![]() When I test the exact same configuration using a Windows 7 client with Receiver 4.3.100 it will use UDP audio properly. I already have my Netscaler and firewall configured to allow the UDP audio ports needed (per this Citrix blog ). ![]() ![]() Some possible reasons are: Network firewall is blocking the UDP ping, Client is configured not to use UDP audio, Client is connecting through TLS gateway, Client is connected to host using an unsupported encryption level" "Audio over UDP could not be used because the UDP ping message from the client was not received by the host. However, when I connect to a session and check Director HDX stats the audio shows that Audio over UDP is Inactive and there is a warning: I have the options set for "enableUDPaudio", "udpaudioportlow" and "udpaudioporthigh". It is using Citrix Receiver version 13.3.1. ![]() I am using IGEL Linux thin clients with the newest version of firmware (5.10.100).
